Our Mentors

Barbara Amstadter and Roger Clark have a combined 75 years in the real estate industry and have commenced a Mentor program for McMonigle agents. They meet with agents weekly to discuss various topics such as: Contracts, farming, role-playing, the role of escrow, the role of a lender, disclosures, business plans, open house protocol, inventory knowledge, CMA’s, and how to be successful in the real estate business. The two are available 7 days a week to answer questions, help write contracts
